  • Delivery Time
    All orders will be delivered within 7–10 days of order placement.

  • Delivery Charges
    Delivery charges are reasonable and may vary based on your location.

  • Parcel Opening Policy
    Customers are required to record an unboxing video when opening their parcel.

    • This video will serve as proof in case of any defect or issue.

    • Without an unboxing video, no exchange or claim will be accepted.

  • Exchange Policy

    • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of order delivery.

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, in its original packaging.

    • A delivery fee of Rs. 249 will apply to all exchange orders.

    • Exchanged orders are processed within 7–10 days after approval.

    • Exchange against any order will be completed within 4–7 days after the return is received.

  • General Terms

    • Luminawyn reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

    • By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms mentioned above.
